How to I activate my SMAC?
To activate your card, text SMAC<space>ACT<space>16-digit card number to 2256. However, starting February 1, 2021, our new SMAC activation contact number will be 225600.
Your 16-digit card number can be found at the back of your SMAC or SMAC Prestige.
How do I personalize my SMAC?
To personalize your SMAC, go to the Customer Service Counter of any The SM Store branch and provide your membership information. Your name will be printed in your card within minutes.
